There are some hidden gems that lie amidst the amazing Europe? Well, here’s are 5 places you might like if you are looking to explore something different in this mesmerizing continent.

 1.  Lugano, Switzerland

Lugano is more of a commercial and financial hub of Switzerland but has been untouched by the teeming crowds that visit Europe.     Thanks to Emily for sharing these lovely places. The only one I have visited is Santorini and that was years ago. It was relatively unspoilt then but I gather it does get overun with cruise ships during the day so best to avoid high season!

    Yes John, must admit I would never have thought of putting Svalbard and Lake Bled in the same list. There are so many places in the world to see – this just focuses the mind a bit more!
